QED carried out a full programme of works to refurbish and create a new hotel and bar at the Masters House Hotel. These included the complete renewal of the existing heating, ventilation and air conditioning plant and equipment and distribution pipework and ductwork. 

The building was converted to a high standard to provide top end services to the various bedrooms. QED  also designed all the modern comforts expected of a premium hotel. We carried out design works for high-speed internet access, air-conditioning, new lighting, audio visuals and custom-made details in every bedroom.

New bathrooms were installed throughout the hotel featuring underfloor heating and top of the range sanitaryware and fittings. Through our value engineering exercise, we were able to help the client secure the highest quality materials at the best possible price.
